I partner directly with employees to share their stories through our company video tool. I have gathered a library of over 80+ videos that can be filtered by several categories depending on what you are interested in learning about as a candidate. The video library is live on our career site as well as spread internally across our business.

Social Media Strategy & Employee Advocacy
I partner with Recruitment Marketing teammates on social media strategy and ensure we have content pre-planned to share across Peraton social media channels. I implemented and created a team chat for recruiters to leverage and share social media posts in to have their colleagues repost Peraton content and spread brand awareness even further.
Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
Our team directly supports the sectors with their hiring needs by marketing roles and our culture in a variety of ways. I have created both printed and digital advertising campaigns and track the success of them through partnering with a 3rd party agency.
Career Site Redesign
To provide a more user friendly experience for candidates, I am leading the project in redesigning the current Peraton career site. With my extensive background in Graphic Design and clear understanding of what candidates look for in a new role, I have enjoyed bringing this new site to live page by page.

I am working directly with TA members to implement a new CRM within the business and build not only several email campaigns but a Talent Community that they can leverage consistently to build pipelines and keep talent warm.
